Simone Belobrov graduated with Honours from the Melbourne Dental School and began her career as a general dental practitioner, working across both public and private sectors. Her passion for oral medicine and pathology, evident since her undergraduate studies, led her to complete a PhD in Oral Medicine as well as a Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry (Oral Medicine).

As a registered Dentist and Oral Medicine Specialist under the Dental Board of Australia and AHPRA, Simone has a keen interest in mucosal diseases and the management of chronic orofacial pain. Her commitment to advancing the field is reflected in her ongoing research, which has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at international conferences.

Simone is also dedicated to education, actively participating in teaching at the Melbourne Dental School, The University of Melbourne.

Outside of her professional life, Simone enjoys quality time with her two daughters. She is an avid long-distance runner and loves visiting the beach whenever possible.
